I did register for the draft but this was over a decade ago when I was considering the military anyway. I understand wanting to fight to protect our country but the wars that are happening now are not for the sake of freedom or the protection of anything but the investments of corrupt bureaucrats. My grandfather talked to me recently about this happening and told me to be careful because I'm just barely aged over the limit and I told him I'd rather go to prison and sit for a few years and be a felon than fight in a pointless war over nothing. He looked at me like I was crazy. As a Millennial, we've been in a major offensive and proxy wars for almost my entire life. The only time of peace and prosperity I had seen was under Trump and no new wars had been started. Now that the deep state is in control again and may be in control for the foreseeable future, I refuse to fight in their wars for oil and dirty money. If they want people to fight, they can send their own sons and daughters.
